
As Director of In-Home ABA, Anya drives growth and operational processes to ensure support to the clinical team with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible services to every client and their family.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Connecticut State University, Anya managed an urgent care facility in Danbury, CT devoted to providing a broad scope of medical care to underserved community residents ranging in age from pediatrics to geriatrics. She is passionate about the provision of necessary healthcare treatment to people of all ages and demographics.
Anya joined Constellation Health Services in 2020 as part of the administrative team for the home care and hospice departments before moving into leadership for Constellation Kids bringing over 10 years of management experience to her role as the Director of In- Home ABA. In her free time, Anya enjoys weekend camping trips, reading, and spending time with her family.

Jennifer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in both Texas and Connecticut with over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Jennifer holds a Master of Special Education degree in Low Incidence Disabilities and Autism (LIDA) from Sam Houston State University. She has spent the greater part of her behavior analytic career providing services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in the home-based setting.Jennifer also worked in public schools as a classroom teacher across various Special Education classrooms. And as a district-wide Behavior Specialist providing services from early childhood intervention to graduation.
Over the course of her career in both behavior analysis and education, Jennifer has an extensive scope of practice working with individuals from diagnosis all the way to adulthood addressing behaviors ranging from basic skill acquisition, and social skills to reducing problem behaviors.

Joanne is an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the field. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, she graduated from St Loyes School Of Occupational Therapy in Exeter and worked for several years as an OT in England, including acute care and neuro-rehabilitation settings. After working on a summer camp for children and adults with disabilities, in Maine, Joanne moved to the US and worked in a rehabilitation and outpatient facility in Stamford CT. This outpatient role included working with adults and pediatrics as well as providing school-based services.
